1. Introduction

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether directly or through a proxy — is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities. This restriction applies regardless of the device, IP address or payment method used.

3.4 Not an Employee or Affiliate

You warrant that you are not an employee, contractor, director, officer or close associate of wu777 or any of its technology, payment or content partners. Such persons are prohibited from participating in real-money gaming on the Platform.

4. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested. You are required to update your Account information promptly if any details change. wu777 will not be liable for losses resulting from inaccurate Account information provided by you.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

wu777 operates a KYC verification process to confirm the identity, age and residential address of all Account holders. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, valid driver's licence, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, or other documentation specified by the Platform.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals and game access until verification is satisfied. wu777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending successful KYC completion.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Wu777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify wu777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

The wu777 Platform is provided exclusively for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not use the Platform for commercial purposes, to operate a betting syndicate, to resell access or to facilitate wagering on behalf of third parties.

5.2 Acceptance of Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on wu777 are determined by certified random number generation or real-time live dealer mechanics, as applicable. You accept that game outcomes are final and that wu777 bears no responsibility for results that are unfavourable to you, provided the relevant game operated correctly. Disputes regarding game results must be raised with customer support within seven (7) calendar days of the event.

5.3 Software and Platform Integrity

You must not attempt to disrupt, manipulate or exploit the Platform, its games, its payment systems or any connected infrastructure. This includes the use of automated tools, bots, scripts, exploits, data-mining software or any technique designed to gain an unfair advantage. Violations will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

5.4 Currency and Language

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.3 Processing Times

6.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. Wu777 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with published dormancy policy. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy deductions are applied.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by wu777 are subject to specific terms published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each offer's individual terms. 7.3 Bonus Eligibility

Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion per eligible Account unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, misuse of deposit methods, or coordinated play with others to exploit promotional mechanics — is strictly prohibited. Any Account found to be abusing promotional offers will be closed and all balances forfeited.

7.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the Account without further notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wu777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate Account suspension, termination and potential legal action:

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, the liability of wu777 shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of wu777.

14. Account Termination & Suspension

14.1 Termination by wu777

wu777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected; KYC verification cannot be completed; or the Account is being used in a manner that poses a risk to the Platform, other users or the integrity of games.

In cases of Account termination due to a breach of these Terms, wu777 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the Balance may be forfeited in full.

14.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closures will be processed after any pending withdrawals have been cleared. Bonus Funds present at the time of closure will be removed from the Account.
